Georgetown University and Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. (now Illuminate) have been awarded a 5-year Task Order to provide Indications and Warnings (I&W) for Political Instability, Cyber and WMD threats from open source media. The ARGUS system provides the ability to collect, vet, contextually interpret, and disseminate, relevant foreign internet based open source information on selected intelligence topics of interest to the Intelligence Community and related Government organizations.
