(now Illuminate) announced today that it has been awarded the Office of the Secretary of Defense 2014 Nunn-Perry Award, which recognizes outstanding Mentor-Protégé team performance in the areas of technical excellence, focus on mission and delivery of quality services. The prestigious award, named in honor of former Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, was first given in 1995. Assisted by its mentor, L-3 National Security Solutions, which provided recruiting and organizational development support, Cyberspace achieved significant organic growth (+146% in sales), expanding its business in the areas of intelligence analysis, Special Operations support and high-end IT technical support services.
